Oh great plan i really appreciate your ideas and i wish this plan gonna be practical soon as possible and i would like to say get cheap umrah packages because this plan apply because after that every one wish to visit Makkah.
Masha Allah very good Plan, but friend if you don't mind, make it as spiritual and natural as possible and environmental friendly. for example let's say distance between KAABA and MINA is about 9 KM and if we build Mecca City around KAABA, it would around 19 KM Radius. Let's first 9 KM Radius allocate for the Haj pilgrims, means 1 KM Radius would be allocated for KAABA and Open Mosque and a circular road around for disable/elderly pilgrim TAWAF. 2 KM Radius would be allocated for KHEMAS/Tent or increase the KM as you per requirement. 3/9 or more KM would be allocated for 2,3,4, stories building means almost all pilgrim can view Kaaba from all corner of their accommodation from the roof and all roof would be linked And building would be look like tents. NOTE: SUN BLOKE SCREEN: As I said Kaaba and Mosque would open and 8 Miner would be built around mosque and that sun block screen will run between the Miner from east to west during the hot hours to provide the shed to the pilgrim in Kaaba/mosque after hot time passes sun screen will be fold in between east end Miners. And this screen idea can be apply over MINA as well.
